Insurance is included in your shipping costs, and covers 100% of the amount of your order, it reimburses you for all damages in the event of loss, theft or breakage.
It cannot be deducted from the delivery costs.

CLEARANCE
The vast majority of export sales (outside the EU) are subject to customs clearance costs which are the responsibility of the recipient and which vary according to the country of destination.
The customer is therefore responsible for the customs clearance costs of the country of destination before ordering on Vistavin.
In the event of refusal of customs clearance by the customer, we do not take back or compensate the order if the latter decides not to pay the costs.


FREE DELIVERY:
Delivery is free throughout mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Monaco as soon as your basket reaches 300 euros including tax.
If you wish to pick up the wines in Beaune yourself in our showroom, please select "Pick up at Vistavin" during the delivery stage, just before paying for your order.
